Press Next step: Your hospital to continue to the next step.

Select your hospital from the list of Hospitals

If your hospital can not offer a link with Happi, you can skip the next step.

If you want to have your (blood) measurements from the hospital in the app then you need to put the slider on green to Give permission.

Press Authorize patient to make the link. You then temporarily go from the Happi app to the website of your hospital. Then follow the steps to link your data.

Enter your personal information.

Read the privacy conditions of Happi. This can be done by pressing More information.

If you give permission you need to the slider on green to Give permission.

Press Enter PIN code to proceed to the next step.

Appointments can be automatically added to your smartphone’s calendar. Here you can choose to do so and also to which calendar.

You can also choose to get reminders before visiting the outpatient clinic.

Enter a 5-digit code. Repeat the same code for confirmation.

If desired, switch the slider to log in with your Touch ID or Face ID (for Iphone X)

Press Confirm security and start Happi to continue to the app.
